Therapy

Traditional Therapy draws from evidence-based approaches such as EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), which helps process and release past trauma; Brainspotting, which works with the body and nervous system to access stuck emotions; and Parts Work, which invites you to explore and care for the different aspects of yourself with compassion. These methods support emotional regulation, release patterns shaped by past experiences, and create space for healing at a pace that feels safe and manageable.


Tarot Readings

Tarot is offered as a reflective, insight-oriented practice that supports self-awareness and personal growth. Readings focus on meaning-making, perspective, and emotional clarity rather than prediction or fortune-telling.

With tarot readings, there is the option for a email reading for people who are on the go and unable to come in for an appointment.

Reiki

Reiki is a gentle energy-based practice that supports relaxation, balance, and overall well-being. Sessions create space for the body and nervous system to settle, allowing natural healing processes to unfold.
