Hi, I’m Megan (she/Her)

I’m a little hippie, deeply nonjudgmental, and a kick-ass therapist and intuitive reader.

From a young age, I was drawn to self-help, herbs, and tarot. I’ve always had a natural ability to truly listen—to hear not just what people say, but what they mean. That curiosity, paired with a genuine desire to help others, led me to the field of psychology.

My helping career began as an advocate at a domestic violence shelter, where I learned the power of safety, compassion, and presence. From there, I worked with teens in a psychiatric hospital, followed by roles in community mental health, a residential treatment facility, and a group private practice. Each chapter brought me into contact with incredible people from diverse backgrounds and life circumstances, and each person taught me something invaluable.

Eventually, I landed in my own space—but not without a pivotal leap of courage. After years in a more traditional therapist role, I chose to fully integrate the spiritual side of myself into my work. By honoring both science and intuition, Mind & Magick was born. This practice continues to evolve, mirroring my own personal growth journey, and remains rooted in authenticity, curiosity, and deep respect for the human experience.

When I’m not working, you’ll likely find me walking my fur child, tending to my plant babies and garden, moving my body in an exercise class, reading both insightful books and delightfully escapist romantasy novels, or connecting with friends and family.

My approach

I see myself as a guide who listens deeply—to both my intuition and your needs—and adjusts my approach accordingly. I can be direct when it’s helpful, always holding a compassionate, non-judgmental stance. At the same time, I can create space to sit with overwhelming feelings, allowing them to surface and be processed, so we can get to the heart of what matters most.

Rather than relying on a single method, I draw from multiple therapeutic approaches, tailoring our work to what feels most supportive for you in each moment. Therapy with me is not one-size-fits-all; it’s collaborative, flexible, and responsive to your needs.

At the core of my work is a commitment to helping you cultivate self-love and self-compassion. I believe these are essential foundations for lasting change, healing, and growth—because true transformation comes not from self-criticism, but from learning to meet yourself with understanding and care.
